The Man Who Vanished Into Space Tshirt by Studio8Worx shows the skeletal remains of a human inside a space suit with some electrical star gate like spell symbols floating in front of it. Alchemic Fantasy meets Sci-Fi.

As far as concept is concerned there is nothing original about skeletons inside space suits. It has reached the point of being cliché. But this one looks awesome and futuristic yet ancient at the same time like a dead space alien. The cool electric blue and violet arcs over the neutral colors of  black grey and white contrast beautifully, giving it a seemingly spiritual aspect.

Design elements of numbers or degrees give the impression of viewing the dead astronaut through some high tech visors that measure anything form heat, distance and curves much like seeing the universe through the eyes of a Terminator. That’s where the alchemic spell looking design elements come into play. They are a bit to faint to make out any details. Therefore no fair comments can be made about them. But it is enough to provoke thought and make people ask questions about the piece. Maybe not out loud but they will wonder. What was this astronauts purpose? When and where did it come from? How did it die? WTF are those symbols and are they scientific or runic? Is this human or just humanoid.

Beter than average shading and interesting brushstrokes. Looks more like an actual painting and it does as digtal one. Only the designer knows for sure.

The Man Who Vanished Into Space is a tshirt design that transcends genres.
