The Historical Reconstitution T-Shirt Design features a renaissance style, lifelike illustration of Mario, Princess Peach and Yoshi.

Though once again Mario has captured Princess Peach, this time is entirely different. This design brings a very lifelike feel to The Mushroom Kingdom. Here however it appears that Mario is a knight rather than a plumber and that Yoshi is a much larger, more ferocious beast. Princess Peach, other than being far more shapely than her game character has hardly changed at all, she is still the same helpless woman in need of being  saved by a man and for some odd reason, his tag along dinosaur.

The design itself is pretty clever, though some of the details are a little confusing. The actual name of the design being one of those things. Also, Princess Peach looking lovingly at the Yoshi Egg. Other than this simply being a way to fit this item into the design, I do not understand its purpose and why Yoshi could not have been using the egg as is done in the game.

This design is will make people stop and think for a moment. The characters are just familiar enough that any fan could tell who they are at just a glance but Mario has been around long enough and is so popular that there is hardly a person that will see this tee and not realize what they are seeing after a while.
