In the Hear Evil, See Evil, Speak Evil T-Shirt design by Zomboy these monkeys are not just going to do it, they are going to do it well! One monkey rocking the headphones, the next with eyeglasses and the other with a microphone. If you are going to be bad, you might as well do it right!

So, here goes a little history behind the meaning of the Three Wise Monkeys, which is what this Tee is obviously based off of.  They are called the Three Wise Monkeys because together they are a reminder to practice the proverbial principles to  hear no evil, see no evil and speak no evil. Though it is often seen that people should just look the other way when bad is being done, this is not the actual meaning of the Three Mystic Apes at all.

The See No Evil Monkey, who is called Mizura means simply do not look upon evil, or as best as I can put it, do not give positive acknowledgement to evil by letting it enter into your awareness. The Hear No Evil Monkey, Kikazaru means basically the same thing, as you hear evil you tend to think more aggressively, just as you do seeing evil and your awareness becomes lessened so your potential actions become more, well evil. The Speak No Evil Monkey, Iwazaru is more of the result from the first two actions. If you see and hear no evil then you will be clean from evil and therefore speak no evil. Okay, now to the design!

These monkeys want to be bad! They are going to take it all in and let it all out. Looking at the design, it is obviously the same monkey duplicated with a different item placed with it, but that is okay, It still makes its point. The monkey is a cute little guy, and the details are done well. The lighting on the accessories look really great. The see evil monkey has already been a little bad, I mean he did steal some elderly persons eyeglasses, but hey they aren’t supposed to be nice guys are they? And Just to point out, all of the accessories look outdated so the glasses do actually fit the design very well.

Yeah, Its cute enough, funny enough, and who can resist a monkey?
